DD172 and Under100 put together another crazy night. I ran through with Dan on Tuesday to check out a special performance from the Cool Kids who had friends Stalley, Mikey Factz, Jay Electonica, Amanda Diva, Curren$y and more in the building with many jumping on the mic for an extended cypher. Word was that the Black Keys and Mos Def would be making a late night performance, but around 12:30 the show ended, supposedly due to cops and a noise complaint, and the show turned into a mini party upstairs in the gallery space.

Dan and I were both a little off from pre-partying before, me at my office holiday party, and Dan at the Milk Galley show, but we made the best of it. I got a chance to catch up with Dj Wrekonize who was in the building with Asher Roth and on the way out we got a chance to meet Jay Electronica who was kicking it with Jean Grae and Mos Def, waiting out the snow.
